Pre Surgery MLD
We suggest coming in early to prepare yourself for your surgery. Reviewing timeline for recovery and coming up with a plan. Understanding the aftercare available and customizing it to your specific needs. Educate on what complications can occur and how to best avoid. Receive MLD to prepare your body. One to Three MLD sessions is recommended pre surgery.

Post Surgery MLD
72 hours post surgery, with surgeons clearance, start MLD. Review results from surgery and establish a timeline for recovery. Address any complications or concerns. Tracking reduction of swelling and bruising.Reviewing incision sites/scars add scar work when appropriate. Help adjust or modify Compression garments.

Sprain/Injury MLD
MLD can drastically improve the healing of sprains and strains. The first 2-3 days daily MLD is most effective. Checking in one week later is recommend

Oncology MLD
MLD is very gentle and safe work for any cancer patient. MLD can help reduce edema, decrease pain, reduce stress, constipation and improves sleep. It is also beneficial for Hematoma reduction/ resolution and infection prevention. MLD can not be performed in the 48 hours post chemotherapy. MLD can be a relaxing healing and enjoyable experience for someone experiencing Cancer.

These sessions are for anyone wanting to increase the lymphatic flow. They are typically monthly and help assist the body process lymph.
